TULLY FIRST NATIONAL THE TOP OFFICE
Tully First National Real Estate was awarded number one office for the First National network for 2009 at the network’s annual awards night, held in Alice Springs as part of its National Convention.
For the third consecutive year, the South Lake real estate office was the topmost office nationally in the 430 plus office network. It is believed to be the first time that any Western Australian office, belonging to any major national network, has ranked so highly, so consistently against national competition.
Salesperson Soulla Semple won the national award for the highest number of residential listings as well as the highest number of listings combined.
“These awards represent recognition of the hard work and determination Soulla has shown to ensure we remain one of this State’s leading real estate networks”, Krys Tully, Principal, Tully First National said.
“We have continued to strengthen our position in the market place at a time when many of our competitors were struggling to even remain in the industry”.
According to Mrs Tully, a key factor for the office and Soulla performing exceptionally well during the last 12 months has been superior levels of customer focus and service.
“We are committed to putting our clients first at all times. We have identified opportunities where others may not, and embraced the Network’s commitment to utilising the latest technology and social networking tools available.”
The Network’s Chief Executive, Ray Ellis, said that Tully First National’s consistently high standard of achievement signified that the office was not only one of the First National network’s best, but one of the best in Western Australia and the whole country.
‘To be a top performing office three years in a row nationally demonstrates to consumers that something very different is going on at Tully First National. You cannot simply ride market conditions to this level of success. It takes the firm commitment of not just a single salesperson but the entire team, and what this means is that customers dealing with Tully First National can expect the highest standard of service and the best of outcomes, whatever the market conditions.
As a former Director of the First National Board, Krys Tully has an appreciation of real estate from a national perspective and this is clearly passed on to her team, from the receptionist, who is the first customer touch point, through her administration team and throughout her entire sales staff.
“While Tully First National is accredited with First National’s ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system, it is the team’s additional dedication to customer service and continual training that assures consumers of some of the highest satisfaction levels in the network” says Mr Ellis.
