  • Dear Tully First National

I believe my agent Luke Dawson should receive the "Exceptional Service Award", for the very reason this award is presented each year - For being an Exceptional Agent, and providing an Exceptional Service.

Luke became my Agent in December 2011, and I can easily say, Luke put 110% in, when it came to selling my property! So much so, that I wondered if he was listing my property alone!

However, after doing some research online, I was intrigued to find that I was one of many listings Luke was dealing with. Many of which he had already sold during my listing.

However, I was never discouraged at the delay of my sale! Luke would keep me up to date each and every week.

    - Luke would give me constant feedback, contacting me whenever there was interest or if there was lack of interest.

    - He would make excellent, cost effective suggestions on how to make my property look as presentable as possible.

    - He would send me statistics and sales around the area

    - He would give me detailed responses for people

    - He never once pressured me to make any rash decisions, or push me to drop my sale price, and instead encouraged me to stay positive.

I feel many Agents these days, have lost the ability to communicate efficiently with their clients. I can gladly say I have never had that issue with Luke, as we  maintained a positive rapport throughout the sale of my property.

Luke has since sold my Yangebup Property, which I could not be happier about.

I was so impressed with Luke's effort and ability, I could not surpass the opportunity to utilise his skills again, and have asked Luke to sell my Apartment in the Perth CBD.

I have no doubt; he will soon be adding my next Property, to the list of Exceptional Sales he has contributed to.

  • TULLY FIRST NATIONAL THE TOP OFFICE

Tully First National Real Estate was awarded number one office for the First National network for 2009 at the network’s annual awards night, held in Alice Springs as part of its National Convention.

For the third consecutive year, the South Lake real estate office was the topmost office nationally in the 430 plus office network. It is believed to be the first time that any Western Australian office, belonging to any major national network, has ranked so highly, so consistently against national competition.

Salesperson Soulla Semple won the national award for the highest number of residential listings as well as the highest number of listings combined.

“These awards represent recognition of the hard work and determination Soulla has shown to ensure we remain one of this State’s leading real estate networks”, Krys Tully, Principal, Tully First National said.

“We have continued to strengthen our position in the market place at a time when many of our competitors were struggling to even remain in the industry”.

According to Mrs Tully, a key factor for the office and Soulla performing exceptionally well during the last 12 months has been superior levels of customer focus and service.

“We are committed to putting our clients first at all times. We have identified opportunities where others may not, and embraced the Network’s commitment to utilising the latest technology and social networking tools available.”

The Network’s Chief Executive, Ray Ellis, said that Tully First National’s consistently high standard of achievement signified that the office was not only one of the First National network’s best, but one of the best in Western Australia and the whole country.

‘To be a top performing office three years in a row nationally demonstrates to consumers that something very different is going on at Tully First National. You cannot simply ride market conditions to this level of success. It takes the firm commitment of not just a single salesperson but the entire team, and what this means is that customers dealing with Tully First National can expect the highest standard of service and the best of outcomes, whatever the market conditions.

As a former Director of the First National Board, Krys Tully has an appreciation of real estate from a national perspective and this is clearly passed on to her team, from the receptionist, who is the first customer touch point, through her administration team and throughout her entire sales staff.

“While Tully First National is accredited with First National’s ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system, it is the team’s additional dedication to customer service and continual training that assures consumers of some of the highest satisfaction levels in the network” says Mr Ellis.

    To Whom It May Concern

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the gorgeous Nancy Bird. Throughout the entire selling of our property Nancy was the consummate professional, conscientious, accommodating, diligent, and efficient and went well and above her duties as a Real Estate Agent. Bert and I felt as though we were Nancy's only clients with the attention she applied in selling our home.

Her local real estate knowledge was invaluable. In an ever changing real estate environment we found having Nancy on our side was a tremendous advantage to us and we are thankful to have worked with her.

I would highly recommend Nancy and all the Professional team at Tully First National if you are chasing a Team that will work for you 100% to achieve a great result. Their knowledge and advice was extremely helpful.

I am more than happy for you to forward my number to any prospective clients wishing to sell their home and need a reference.

Once again thanks for all your help.

     Kind Regards

  • Dear Tully First National

NANCY BIRD has the right name, she never sits still for long.

My house had been for sale approximately 18 months ago with another agent  however I didn't get an offer on it. I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell again because any time I have moved house in the past I have felt very insecure and homeless.

Nancy sorted that out by finding me a home before I'd even put my home on the market. She talked to a buyer from another home open on the Saturday, brought him around to see my house on the Sunday, signed the offer on Monday. My house was previously listed at $500,000-$520,000 with the other agent, Nancy got me $585,000 CASH offer. How great was that?? No home open hassels.

Nancy's energy and care about doing the right thing for her clients was AMAZING! I will be forever grateful to her and would recommend her to ANYONE in the future!

  • Dear Tully First National

"The whole procedure from the first assessment by George Correia followed by the staff team evaluation was very efficient.  The continued communication, servicing and viewing by potential clients was well organised.  The subsequent sale and selling price did exceed our expectations which fully justified our decision to go through our local agent Tully First National.  Your assistance with settlement through Lakes Conveyancing completed the deal on time and very much to our satisfaction."

    Kind regards

  • Tully First National Testimonial

My confidence in the team was 100% as I originally brought my property through Tully.  I was recommended (on several occassions) to use the Tully team - everyone in the area is aware of the 1st Class Service.  Nothing seemed to be a bother and I was aware of very step of the sale.

    THANK YOU
